Two peers and I developed a workshop for sixth grade class at The College School of The University of Delaware. We educated students about phytochemicals in a comprehensive and interactive manner.

As a teaching assistant for Nutrition Concepts, I was given the opportunity to develop a 10 minute presentation for my online class. My mini-lecture provided basic information on what the Mediterranean consists of and a brief summary of research behind it.

The Nutrition and Disabilities Club provided many opportunities to improve my skills creating educational materials and presenting in a comprehensive manner to our community.
