What will our sessions look like?

For any typical visit, we will meet virtually. You will receive an email with details to meet online via HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.

A Discovery Call: This is a 15-minute introductory call designed to get acquainted and discuss the client’s general health goals. It serves as an opportunity to determine if Alicia is a good fit as their dietitian for addressing their personal health needs.

Initial Consultation (55 minutes):
During your first session, Alicia will take a comprehensive health history and learn more about your current healthcare team. Together, you’ll establish clear, long-term goals, and Alicia will walk you through her approach while beginning to build a personalized plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle. If appropriate, she may coordinate care with your broader healthcare team.

Follow-Up Consultations (up to 55 minutes):
These sessions are designed to support your progress and build on your plan over time. Alicia will help you review progress, navigate any barriers, and introduce additional tools and strategies. Each visit includes updated, individualized goals and recommendations to keep you moving toward sustainable, long-term results.

Will my insurance cover our sessions?

Alicia is currently accepting insurance plans including: Community Health Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Devoted Health, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare.

What if Alicia doesn’t accept my insurance plan?

Alicia also accepts out-of-pocket payments, pricing is as follows:

  • Initial Session (60-75 minutes): $150-180

  • Follow-Up Sessions (45-60 minutes): $135-160
